& Returns
SHIPPING: Unless
otherwise indicated, all stateside orders will be
shipped GROUND, orders to Hawaii and Alaska will
be shipped 2nd DAY AIR.
RETURNS: A RMA
number is required for all return merchandise and
must be printed on the box near the address label.
No returns will be accepted without authorization.
A 20% restocking charge on returns made within 30
days. A copy of the original invoice must be included
with the return. No refunds or exchanges after 30
days. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations on
special order items. Shipping charges are non-refundable
and returns must be in factory new condition, shipping
prepaid.
International
orders incur a 25 Dollar export
charge in addition to shipping costs. We ship the
most economical way by air unless a specific method
is required. Payment by Master Card or Visa.
is preferred; however, bank transfer of funds can
be arranged in which case additional bank charges
